Organic celery is one of most famous diuretic, it contains a lot of water and essential oils.
So, celery upon the ancient time has been used like medical plant, it has many properties: expectorant, diuretic and to have care of rheumatic pains.
It is very used to make infusions, in particular with its roots, you can boil water and put inside 15gr celery root, than you must filter the contents and drinks it all along the day, better in the first morning. You can also add milk and honey. In alternative you could drink cooking water of organic celery with honey.
